Schedule appointments for various services using Jane, our clinic management software.

Contribute to the overall cleanliness and organization of the clinic environment which includes inventory management.

Proficiency in using computer software and clinic management systems (we use Apple/macOS devices)

Manage incoming phone calls, emails, and inquiries with professionalism, empathy and efficiency.

Coordinate and manage the schedules of multiple practitioners to optimize appointment availability.

Participate in regular team meetings and training sessions to stay updated on clinic offerings and procedures.

Participate, develop, implement, and evaluation of various strategic plans, goals, and objectives as part of the office management team.

Conduct work responsibilities in a friendly, professional, and expert manner.

Create and manage client and care pro schedules with an emphasis on high quality matches and the development of extraordinary relationships.

Maintain regular attendance to execute job responsibilities.

Demonstrated home health care administration skills, also as outlined in the LPN Scope of Practice.

Knowledge of other healthcare disciplines and their role in client and family care.

Applicants should have a minimum of six months of child care experience, preferably in a licensed facility

CPR/AED Certification appropriate to age group

High school diploma or GED required

·Education and life experience with the field of health and psychology is an asset

Provide communication support to the Directors and Office Manager as needed and directed

Be aware of any updates that need to be made to the website and let the Office Manager know

Ability to multi-task: manage requests from patients, doctors, practitioners and the general public throughout the day

·Previous experience in an administrative role, experience as an office administrator is ideal

·Experience with Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook/Mail.app (and OS X)

Strong multi-tasking, organization, and time-management skills
