Position: Client Care Coordinator

Location: 100% Remote (preferably located in Victoria, BC)

Type: On-Call, Flexible Hours (10 - 20 hours/week)

Our Ideal Candidate: A 3rd or 4th year student, Masters or PhD student with a dynamic/flexible schedule. Availability to answer phone calls/emails and handle client booking between 9am-3pm

About Us

At Core Connection our values are Accessible, Comprehensive and Individualised Care. We offer mobile physiotherapy services across the Greater Victoria Area. Our vision revolves around delivering all-inclusive, personalized and easily accessible pelvic health, orthopedic and neurological physiotherapy & kinesiology services to our clients. Currently Core Connection consists of a team of six women; 3 physiotherapists, 1 kinesiologist, 1 pilates therapist and 1 client care & operations manager. We are searching for a dedicated Client Care Coordinator to be the scheduling/administrative bridge between our clients & practitioners.

Roles & Responsibilities

As our Client Care Coordinator, you will be the friendly voice of our company! You will ensure that each client interaction is positive & memorable, whether the client is looking to book an appointment or has an insurance inquiry.

Your tasks will include:

• Ensuring effective communication between clients & our practitioners
• Maintaining an accurate record of client interactions (ie: adding important notes or updates to client profiles)
• Managing day-to-day client interactions with a warm and welcoming attitude
• Addressing client inquiries and requests
• Collaborating with our practitioners to ensure the client is booked for the correct appointment
• Providing excellent customer service through phone and email communication

Qualifications

• A background in Administration/ Medical Reception is a plus
• Exceptional interpersonal skills
• Passion for providing outstanding customer service
• Strong organizational ability & attention to detail
• Ability to thrive and manage your time in a remote work environment
• A degree or background in science, social sciences or business is a plus
