Overview The Chief People Officer (CPO) is responsible for leading the human resources (HR) function of an organization. The CPO is responsible for developing and executing strategies and initiatives that support the organization’s overall mission and goals. This includes developing and implementing HR policies and procedures, managing employee relations, overseeing recruitment and onboarding, and ensuring compliance with labor laws and regulations. The CPO also works closely with other senior leaders to ensure the organization’s HR strategies are aligned with its overall business objectives. Detailed Job Description The Chief People Officer is responsible for leading the organization’s HR function and developing and implementing strategies and initiatives that support the organization’s overall mission and goals. This includes developing and implementing HR policies and procedures, managing employee relations, overseeing recruitment and onboarding, and ensuring compliance with labor laws and regulations. The CPO is also responsible for developing and managing the organization’s talent management and succession planning initiatives, as well as overseeing the organization’s compensation and benefits programs. The CPO works closely with other senior leaders to ensure the organization’s HR strategies are aligned with its overall business objectives. Job Skills Required• Strategic planning and execution

Job Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
• Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred
• 10+ years of experience in Human Resources, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role
• Proven track record of developing and implementing successful HR strategies
• Knowledge of labor laws and regulations
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
