Centre Receptionist Jobs in Alberta

Attention to detail with above average time management skills

Prior experience in customer service and administrative duties

Prior knowledge/or ability to learn medical terminology

Skilled in prioritizing needs, open to change and adaptable

Previous veterinary experience or graduated from an accredited Veterinary Assistant program is preferred

Empathetic, nurturing and positive attitude

Knowledge of community resources and networking capabilities

Manage and maintain online booking calendar

Assist the Client Care Manager to maintain monthly volunteer scheduling, including but not limited to the helpline

Data entry and filing as needed

A minimum of two years experience in an office setting

Ability to multi-task and manage competing deadlines
