Proven experience (5 years) in plant operations management within the horticulture or agriculture industry.

Strong knowledge of horticultural practices, including planting, cultivation, pest management, and harvesting techniques.

Demonstrated leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire employees.

Collaborate with procurement and logistics teams to optimize inventory management and ensure availability of required resources.

Proficiency in using industry-specific software and tools for inventory management and production planning.

Recruit, train, and manage a team of plant operation staff, providing guidance, coaching, and performance feedback.

Perform souring management, cooperate with suppliers on price negotiation, quality control, procurement process improvement

Perform top-level inventory management, oversee the inventory on traceability, safety, and quality

Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite; previous ERP system experience is beneficial.

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field is preferred.

Effectively manage daily plant operation, staff scheduling, monitor and review the workflow
