Conduct quantitative analysis to ensure accuracy of patient records;

Monitors and maintains an electronic tracking system for deficient patient charts;

Retrieves, organizes and files patient records, reports, and other documents;

Answers inquiries regarding patient information in accordance with legislative statutes, IHA and established policies, procedures and guidelines for Release of Information;

Knowledge of treasury operations, finance and/or and cash management

Strong organizational/planning, time management and prioritization skills

Support Treasury Management operations processes, utilizing enterprise TMS system components (e.g. Infor ERP, Kyriba), including:

Exposure to the Cash Management industry / treasury systems a definite asset

Work closely with the onshore/offshore team to ensure activities are covered, share knowledge and support the efficiency of the team.

Work closely with team leads/managers to continue driving process improvements related to Infor, Kyriba or manual processes.

Excellent communication skills; both oral and written with the ability to relate well to peers;

Sound judgment and decision-making skills in dealing with a variety of routine and non-routine issues;

Knowledge of Excel, Outlook, Word (SAP and Access).

Process reception and distribution of parts to technicians;

Ensure that all parts are labelled and ready for technicians use;

Process all the daily requests;

Review unidentified deductions, recode, then forward to appropriate Finance analyst

Minimum of three to five years of experience in a cash application role

Microsoft Office experience preferred (i.e. - Word, Excel, and Outlook)

Maintain balanced safe – verified at open and close of shift with Safe Count Report submitted to the Finance Supervisor

Manage all keys for concession and bar locations
