To keep up with our rapid growth, we are looking for a Parts Processing Clerk to join our growing team, all while being a leading example of our company culture.

Core Responsibilities

• Ensure that all parts are labelled and ready for technicians use;
• Process reception and distribution of parts to technicians;
• Create deliveries and transfers of parts for our stocking locations and service calls;
• Process all the daily requests;
• Update the system with the appropriate notes and the status of the orders;
• Accomplish daily tasks in a timely manner to succeed a quick turnaround on each request and keep the system updated;
• Escalate all SLA requests of 24hrs and over.
• Track and update service calls in the CRM ticket system;

What You Will Bring

• 1-2 years related experience;
• Excellent communication skills; both oral and written with the ability to relate well to peers;
• High degree of accuracy and decision-making ability;
• Sound judgment and decision-making skills in dealing with a variety of routine and non-routine issues;
• Knowledge of Excel, Outlook, Word (SAP and Access).
