Recruiting and retaining qualified, skilled staff to deliver high-quality mental health services to clients and families.

Registered certification in other relevant professional associations.

3 years of experience providing community-based direct service, including program planning and implementation.

2 years of supervision experience.

Experience with oversight of an integrated service delivery mode

Minimum of five (5) years’ experience in a leadership or management position.

Minimum of three to five years’ experience in leading quality improvement and patient safety initiatives.

Must have experience and demonstrated expertise in quality improvement methodologies.

Must have experience and demonstrated ability to analyse and interpret statistical data and monitor quality and performance indicators and benchmarks.

Must have excellent report writing and presentation skills, presenting results in a meaningful manner specific to the target audience

Judgment and decision-making skills demonstrated through analysis and synthesis, problem solving, systems thinking and emotional intelligence.

Strong project management skills and ability to develop and implement multiple projects from start to finish simultaneously.

Masters degree in psychology, counselling, sport psychology, sport management, or a related field
