What You Need To Know

A relevant tertiary qualification in Commerce or Management

Interpersonal & Relationship management Skills

Responsible for maintaining skill, knowledge and competency in order to sell Global One in the interest of the client.

More than 1 year’s client service experience within a retail/ financial/ banking environment

Exceptional client-service skills (relationship management, emotional maturity, service acumen)

Knowledge of Environmental, Health & Safety, or Quality Management Systems, considered a nice to have

Assist the Manager, Managed Services with special projects and client initiatives.

Provide strong administrative support to the managed services team including (but not limited to): Assist with client onboarding tasks/procedures, Timecard entry/tracking.

Manage support queue and provide initial response to tickets as per client Service Level Agreement.

At least 3+ years of project or administrative coordination experience within a client-facing, technology, or professional services environment.

Manage general administration inquiries from clients, excess insurance and medical evidence requirements, ex-gratia/cost-plus requests, and Legislative changes

5+ years’ experience in the Health Benefits industry, working with large clients

Provide interpretation and revision of contract wording (collective agreement requirements, specialized plans, etc.)

Mentorship and knowledge transfer with peers

Effective delegation and follow up skills

Maintain direct contact with clients/consultant, proactively planning client meetings to ensure regular connections are made

Previous leadership or management experience

10+ years of relevant work experience in human resources, business, or finance related consulting

Facilitating educational workshops and seminars

Master's Degree in a related field (e.g. Human Resources) or acceptable combination of equivalent experience.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a strong emphasis on influencing skills

adaptable and able to learnand apply new knowledge and skills quickly
