Education, Experience, and Licensing Requirements:

Recommends potential products or services to management by collecting customer information and analyzing customer needs.

Customer Service Representative Qualifications / Skills:

Previous experience, especially in particular industry, preferred

Customer Service Representative Job Responsibilities:

Serves customers by providing product and service information and resolving product and service problems.

Develop and maintain close working relationships with inside sales, outside sales, sales management, and manufacturers’ representatives for Natpro’s represented products

CET or Trade Qualification, or applicable experience related to rotating equipment

Experience/knowledge that would be considered an asset:

Accurately manage the Work Order process post award, updating the data and information required by the Service Technician.

Work directly with represented manufacturers to obtain technical information, project pricing and special requirements.

Client returned document / drawing revisions including Change Order requirements

-With patience, compassion and strong listening skills

-Willingness to learn and develop new skills

-Knowledge of products an asset but training is provided

-Experience as a sales or customer service representative in home medical supplies would be preferred

-Identifying and assessing customers’ needs to achieve satisfaction.Troubleshooting skills are a necessity

Spark accurate, speedy operations while optimizing voice quality, grammar skills, tone, and proactiveness to improve quality and consistency

Accountable for general facility maintenance requirements

Previous experience in a high-volume, fast-paced environment, preferred

A knowledge of contact center policies and software, including CRM, phone systems, etc.

Superior interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills

Act as a fast-moving, courteous company brand ambassador while processing transactions, interfacing with guests, communicating company policies, and enforcing regulations

Have proven customer service skills through work or community involvement

Have strong technical skills and the ability to promote digital and self-service banking options to our customers
