2 years+ experience in customer service financial administrative experience requirement

Projects and tasks as assigned by Branch Financial Manager and District Financial Manager.

Advanced computer skills including Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint required

Must possess strong knowledge of marketing/sales, marketing services/operations, project management, event management, policy development, management, and PhRMA guidelines.

Marketing operations, project management, and print/fulfillment experience required.

Leads vendor management and print/fulfillment service for the commercial marketing and sales teams.

Performs special projects and other management-related duties as assigned.

Owns and manages the North America regional marketing print fulfillment budgets to support business objectives and provides recommendations for cost savings.

Empowers department team members and provides expertise to enhance the team’s level of knowledge and quality of marketing operations program execution.

Extensive knowledge of warehouse management principles

Knowledge of materials management, inventory controls and logistics

Able to work under tight deadlines, with demonstrable strong time management and priority setting skills.

At least 10-years related experience, or equivalent combination of education and experience

Depending on qualifications, the successful candidate may be offered a position at a more appropriate level and/or ladder.

Designation or enrollment in a Supply Chain or Logistics certification program (e.g., CPIM, SCMA, SCMP, CCLP).

Data Entry (accurate data entry for all documents)

Answer customer queries about the status is shipments

When necessary, go to Canada Customs Office and obtain a release of shipment.

Rating and clearing of HVS and LVS shipments

Maintain and update client profile with proper H.S codes, Tariff Treatments, change of address, vendor information.

Superior communication and change management skills. Demonstrated ability to drive change, motivate and lead teams to successful outcomes.

Works with the Finance team to produce finance schedules (operating plans, forecasts, strategic plans to the specific timeframes).

Ensure strategies are executable and are taken from inception to successful client adoption in a well-managed manner with accountability for delivery.

Manage client relationships to maximize client retention and satisfaction across all lines of business and win new business as a result.

Operations Experience And Client Focus

Actively engage with GTO Canada clients to develop deeper and/or new relationships that will expand our engagement and footprint.

High School Graduate or General Education Degree (GED); Bachelor’s degree in Business, Operations, or Management preferred.

Knowledge, Skills, Abilities, And Other Characteristics

Certificate or Diploma in Project Management would be an asset.

Ensure the adoption and distinction between Project Management and Service Excellence.

Work with Operations Managers, Project Managers in crew evaluations, crew assignment and improvement opportunities.

Manage, mentor and coach Equi pment Managers, Resource Managers, Operations Managers and Asset Coordinators.

Minimum FIVE (5) years of customs experience and associated supply chain management disciplines

Manage Export related activities including CERS and Summary Reporting

Manage Service providers to ensure compliant processes and data

Manage CSA Platinum Annual audit

Manage the Month end RSF Close

Train staff, carriers and internal / external stakeholders on proper use of CSA release privileges
