Customs Associates - Canada

Responsibilities:

• The role from time to time may also require additional hours to be put in after-hour
• When necessary, go to Canada Customs Office and obtain a release of shipment.
• Clear/Walk entries through Customs
• Rating and clearing of HVS and LVS shipments
• Data Entry (accurate data entry for all documents)
• Maintain and update client profile with proper H.S codes, Tariff Treatments, change of address, vendor information.
• Communicate with agents on customs issues to resolve problems with shipments.
• Answer customer queries about the status is shipments
