Collaborate with HR Technology to ensure case management system reporting, measurements and dashboards align to key performance indicators

A minimum of five years Supervisory/Managerial experience working in a similar environment

The incumbent must promote and support daily, weekly and monthly communication process to drive group efficiencies and manage production performance.

Provide findings and possible recommendation to management in the areas of on-board service compliance, performance management, and continuous improvement.

Liaise with the IFS training and Customer Experience team to identify areas of training that requires more focus;

Anticipate employees’ and customers’ needs and be available for them;

Responsible for the administration and handling of disciplinary investigations and meetings with employees including investigations of issues and labour relations issues;

Perform coach rides to achieve service consistency;

Act as the point of contact on focus flights and act upon controllable issues on the spot;

1) 3+ years of experience in Financial Services industry and process management

2) Change management experience is an asset

• Manage and support change management activities including stakeholder communications and user training

• Assess current Finance processes to identify internal control weakness and opportunities to improve process efficiencies

• Accountability for alignment of business processes/requirements with different workstreams

• Other ad-hoc responsibilities as assigned.

Collaborate with internal and external resources to develop qualification strategies for incoming primary and pluripotent cells.

Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in life sciences or engineering.

Become process subject matter expert and work with process development and manufacturing teams to ensure technical compliance and adherence

Develop and execute drug substance process optimization and characterization projects to achieve specific project and company milestones

Perform laboratory-based studies to qualify biocompatible materials for incorporation into bioprinted pancreatic tissues

Work with Aspect’s R&D and Engineering teams to generate, optimize, and characterize bioprocessing processes which are suitable for specific tissues/indications

· 5 years’ demonstrable experience in Incident & Request Management

· Excellent stakeholder management skills

· 2 years’ experience or equivalent knowledge in the area of IT infrastructure

· Strong IT infrastructure knowledge; proven root cause analysis skills

· 3 years’ Major Incident Coordinator experience and using ServiceNow or equivalent ITSM tool

· Fluent knowledge of ITIL v3 or 4

Previous experience required in the production of aviation training manuals and programs

Excellent spoken and written communication skills

Excellent ability to organize, manage multiple tasks and prioritize, able to adapt to changes
