Job Title: Business Analysis - Technical Systems Analyst

Jump into in-process migration/implementation of ServiceNow BCM module for use by the Disaster Recovery Team.

ServiceNow, especially the BCM module

Proven problem-solving skills to enhance user experience.

Attention to detail and strong analytical abilities.

Experience with Microsoft Office 365, Azure platform solutions (Teams, OneDrive, SharePoint Online, Power Platform, Excel, Outlook, Word, PowerPoint).

Troubleshoot system and application errors.

Provide level 2 & 3 support for existing business applications.

Analyze existing applications to identify root cause issues.
