Acquiring product line knowledge on all of Spring Financial's programs and educating clients on the best use of such programs.

Previous experience in a retail or customer service environment an asset

Prior call center experience a plus, but not required

A diploma or degree and/or a combination of relevant experience

Conducting outbound calls to develop and maintain new accounts

Qualifying customers, verifying employment & credit status

Contribute to knowledge management efforts

Develop documents for the investment committee to be presented to senior management of Rio Tinto

Support management in the negotiation and execution of projects, through solid analyses

Be enrolled in MSc Finance, MBA, with undergrad in finance, economics, engineering (mining, metallurgy, mechanical, chemical, electrical)

Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
