Business Analyst Order Management Jobs in British Columbia

You will partner, liaise, and translate technical requirements to spend with teams across the organization, including finance and other technical teams.

Experience with data visualization software packages, e.g., Looker, Power BI, Tableau

3+ years of experience in related fields

You will track and report important insights to partners and leadership, on our infrastructure spend.

Familiarity with SQL and similar database tools for querying complex data sets.

A B.A./B.S. in STEM, Mathematics, Statistics, Economics, Computer Science, or Engineering Sciences

• Track record of successful project experience in the sustainability and fleet management space

• Provide recommendations of end to end fleet management improvements including but not limited to:

• 5+ years experience as a business analyst

• Communicate effectively across functions and business (procurement, finance, technology, etc.)

• Provide recommendations on how to reduce environmental impact

• Fuel efficiency and GHG emissions targets

Strong analytical, operational and time management skills.

Knowledge of supply chain and order management systems (SAP would be considered an asset).

Analysis and distribution/communication of operational reports. With management, identify action items to support departmental Mid Term Plan (MTP).

Assist with implementation of IT initiatives (requirements, SOP documentation, end user training).

Minimum 3+ years in Sales and Customer Service with experience Managing a Team is MUST!!

Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work well as part of a team.
