Time management skills are a must; as well as the ability to be flexible and creative

Experience delivering complete Finance projects

Work with retail businesses to gather business requirements, identify process GAPs, and create project scope documents

Thorough understanding of business processes, data structure, reporting and internal controls, typically gained through multiple years of industry experience.

Minimum four years of business analyst experience, analyzing needs, researching, planning and overseeing the implementation of business process improvements

Knowledge of US GAAP and IFRS, including work experience (required)

Assist their manager to conduct monthly WIP review with the FP&A projects team and other relevant stakeholders from all departments

Manage project administration (projects creation, budget validation, approval process)

University degree in business administration, accounting, finance, or economics

Minimum of 3 to 5 years of relevant experience

Experience in retail industry (strong asset)

Facilitate meetings to gather and document the current state of the capabilities.

Facilitate the review and assessment of current deliverables associated with 25 other capabilities to determine required changes:

Support the execution, implementing required changes for all capabilities.

In-depth knowledge of the usage and relationship between policies, standards, guidelines, processes, procedures, etc.

In-depth knowledge and usage of the COBIT framework.

Experience with work management tools such as MS DevOps, Team Foundation Server / TFS, monday.com, IBM Rational or JIRA.

Experience providing strategic planning and/or product management considered an asset

Project Management Institute’s Agile Certified Professional / PMI – ACP.

Experience with MS Office tools such as Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Visio and SharePoint 2019

Experience with commercial, off-the-shelf (COTS) systems, custom development, business architecture, and operations including business driven or business transformation projects.

Demonstrated time management skills in a fast-paced setting

Project supervision experience and familiarity with financial and project management principles

Assist with the management of office administration

Degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, Engineering or equivalent

Must have legal authorization to work in Canada on a full-time basis for anyone, not just your current employer

At least three plus (3+) years in an analytical role with business interaction required
