Excellent project management and negotiation skills

Implement an emergency management plan

Report any by-law or policy infractions with CCTV and / or Photo evidence to the Property Management Company when applicable

Prepare bi-weekly status reports for the Board and the Management company to inform of general happenings

A minimum of 2 years experience as a residential building manager or in a similar role

Set up and manage access control system to ensure safety of building residents

Knowledge of ICT/Cybersecurity fundamentals, Intermediate to Advanced computer skills

Post secondary education in a technical area of HVAC systems, security and building automation.

Minimum of 5 years of experience in HVAC systems, BAS, Building security systems and automation.

Must be eligible to obtain Top Secret security clearance to meet customer requirements.

Strong understanding of OT, Enterprise Applications and Connected Services, DVM, Energy Manager, Forge, OBS, Pulse, Vector etc.)

Fundamental knowledge of 3rdparty IoT technologies and software applications

Experience in project management would be an asset

Manage several work assignments/projects concurrently

7+ years experience in analysis and design of mechanical systems for buildings

Demonstrated excellent written and verbal English communication and grammar skills with specific proficiency in effectively communicating complex engineering issues

Experience includes client interface roles in consulting for health care, data centres or laboratories

Detailed knowledge of OBC and NBC codes, as well as relevant standards such as NFPA, ASHRAE, CSA
