Undergraduate Degree in Business, Management, Marketing or a related field.

Minimum 5 years' experience in a client facing role working and managing within an entrepreneurial environment.

Proven experience in business advisory, coaching, and problem-solving, preferably in a consulting or entrepreneurship-focused role.

Knowledge of venture capital, private equity and other sources of investment.

Knowledge of general office procedures and a familiarity with best practices for assessing, developing and implementing new business processes and procedures.

In-depth knowledge of foundational business concepts, along with a keen interest in current business thinking.

Delegate tasks to promote knowledge transfer and ensure operational demands are met efficiently.

Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a related role.

Programming experience using Java, HTML, Python; experience with Frappe would be an asset.

Advanced Word, Excel and PowerPoint (or equivalent) skills.

Assist with IT operations, troubleshooting and problem-solving as required.

Problem solve, provide expert support and act as an internal resource as required.

Maintaining an organized database of knowledge, tools, and resources 

Knowledge of energy efficiency considered an asset  

Experience working in Indigenous housing, considered an asset 

Experience turning information into useful tools 

Strong verbal and written communication skills  

Fully remote workplace with office space available in the Ottawa area
