Perform "checker" function for SNOW change management ticketing system

Ensure timely execution of tasks with engineering and project management teams

Minimum 5 years of equivalent work experience in a Network Design and Support role, with a post-secondary education in technology/engineering.

Review network tools and documentation to ensure they satisfy department requirements

Review and approve network changes and manage change calendar

Advanced Technical Skills in Routing (BGP, EIGRP, OSPF), Switching (VLANS, VXLAN, Trunking, port aggregation, STP), Load Balancing (F5, A10),

Previous entrepreneurial experience, such as being a Shopify merchant, Merchant Success Manager, early-stage technology crafter, or founder.

Monitor and respond to internal and external inquiries, providing excellent support and ensuring a positive experience for participants.

Excellent collaboration skills, able to work effectively both in a team environment and independently.
