Bilingual Regional Human Resources Manager Jobs in Ontario

Deploys HR processes and ensures their application within operations, including PEP process, salary review, vacation management, absenteeism, health and safety.

Works closely with the talent attraction team and supports the management team as needed.

Supports managers in welcoming, orienting and training new employees, and ensures a systematic follow-up of the integration of new employees.

Supports and coaches managers on employee relations, training, job reviews (for evaluations), health and safety, and performance issues.

Five years of experience in an HR generalist role.

Participates in certain committees (employee participation committee, health and safety committee, etc.)

A minimum of two to five years’ experience related to the job responsibilities

Knowledge of Microsoft Windows environment, proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel

Knowledge of the Workplace Hazardous Materials Information System (WHMIS)

Thorough knowledge of labour and employment laws

Superior interpersonal, communication, service oriented, and conflict resolution skills

University degree in a related field (e.g., Human Resources, Industrial Relations)
