7+ years P&C insurance experience

Highly flexible, with solid interpersonal skills that allow one to work effectively with different managers, candidate personalities, etc.

Conduct regular follow-up with managers to determine the effectiveness of recruiting plans and implementation.

Maintain current knowledge of Pay Equity, human rights and employment standards guidelines and laws.

2 - 5 years of recruitment experience

Exceptional conflict resolution, negotiation, and objection handling skills.

5+ years of I.T. Recruitment experience

$50 per hour, flexible related to experience

Validates codes and entries for internal invoice management

Own competitive and industry tracking and proactively summarize findings for Senior Manager, Early Donors. 

*Relevant experience is considered to be multi-engine, multi-crew, IFR, and/or turbine experience in 600/702/703/704/705 operation.

Minimum Qualifications For Direct Entry Captains

Valid Category 1 Medical Certificate

Ability to obtain and maintain a Restricted Area Identity Card

Must be Canadian citizen or Canadian permanent resident or, hold a valid permit to work in Canada

Ensure crew qualifications are kept current for required work assignments, and schedule training as required

10+ years’ experience in heavy industry or mining

A minimum of 3 years’ experience in a supervising role

Concentrator plant and operational control experience

To fulfill these responsibilities, you will be expected to:

Assessing applicants' relevant knowledge and experience, skills, soft skills, and aptitudes

Performing the recruiting function for open positions which includes sourcing applicants, determining applicant qualifications, etc.

Have a High School Diploma or an equivalent level of education

Have experience in a high-volume recruiting role

Have experience with recruiting software (ATS), HRIS or HRMS

Have excellent written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills

Previous recruitment experience is a nice to have.

Work with key Hays clients on an exclusive basis to fill IT needs across their business

Source passive and active candidates and interview/qualify them for job openings.

Create job postings and generate applications.

Present/shortlist candidates to your clients

Develop relationships with candidates on the market.

Detailed orientated with good time management and organizational skills.

Complete other responsibilities, as assigned.

Must have at least 1 year in customer service and contact center experience.

Team player, strong communication, customer service and interpersonal skills.

Some experience with conflict resolution required.

Identify and understand basic customer needs in order to complete transactions and resolve issues quickly and efficiently.

The ability to quickly ramp up to full account management of a recruitment portfolio.

Demonstrating an understanding of assessment methods to ensure all candidates presented meet the technical job requirements and fit the EY culture.

A minimum of 2 years full cycle recruiting experience

Experience recruiting for financial services, assurance, tax, legal or consulting professionals is strongly preferred

Experience recruiting candidates through a variety of sources including job boards, LinkedIn recruitment portals, referrals and pinpoint recruiting.

A university degree and related business experience.

Holding CPP, CPIM, APIC, and/ or Supply Chain Management Association (SCMA) SCMP designation is preferable.

Formal training in Continuous Improvement and lean management is preferable.

Manages steel pipeline and works directly with customers to satisfy steel resale requirements.

Require communication with employees, peers and management

Experience in ERP systems, and familiarity with CMS is an asset.

Experienced in negotiation strategies, analysis, and tactics.
