• Clarifying status of specific legal aid files, in response to telephone inquiries from clients and lawyers

Strong analytical skills required to work independently and escalate to management when necessary

Promote and Sell additional services offered by Global Payments and Existing Partners

Handle all retention issues using strong negotiation skills to maintain the merchant at a threshold of 45 BP

Post secondary education in Business, Administration, Sales or Marketing

Strong outbound and inbound phone sales skills

Exceptional written and verbal skills

Strong time management and organizational skills

Strong English oral and written communication skills, including active listening and relationship building

Passion for providing an exceptional client experience

Strong problem solving and conflict resolution capabilities

Experience in retail, sales or other customer service environment is an asset
