Customer account relationship management experience a must

Hybrid position that requires at least one in office day a week (Can be mode determined by managers discretion)

Educating the customers on best practices (consultative approach). Continue to improve processes and business for the benefit of the stakeholders.

Education: Bachelor’s degree or College Diploma

1-3 years Sales/Service experience in a service company

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

Strong time-management and organizational skills to pivot quickly and manage multiple deadlines and priorities.

Liaising with conference management and client where necessary.

Providing admin support as required to assist Account Managers to prepare and plan for conferences and events

Providing onsite support for events to assist with room set up, registration desk and other onsite responsibilities.

3+ year of full cycle experience planning multi-day conferences, meetings and / or large events (live, virtual or hybrid).

1+ year experience working directly with event platforms including: Swoogo, Pheedloop, Hopin, etc.
