Resolve customer inquiries and deal with any issues or concerns

Undergraduate degree in Business, Civil or Industrial Engineering, Construction Management or other relevant experience

Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook

Strong analytical, critical thinking, troubleshooting, problem-solving skills, strong math skills and a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail

Highly developed interpersonal, communication (written and verbal), and organizational skills

Collaborate with stakeholders to support performance and technical audits.

Coordinate evaluation discussions to better understand stakeholder feedback.
