Pay range: $19.65- $25.00 depending on years of relevant experience

Advise customers in person and over the phone on our parts and accessories

Place orders and follow up with customers

Be the vehicle expert. Know the in’s & the out’s of product offerings, optional packages & latest technology

Direct report to the Sales Manager regarding objectives, planned activities, reviews, and analyses.

Fantastic communication skills with your customers

Expected income = $70,000 - $120,000

Perform high-quality and professional demonstrations of new/used vehicles.

Follow-up with buyers to ensure referral business.

Strong communication and customer service skills both verbal and in writing

Very strong computer-based skill set

Researching applicable databases for vehicle components

Ordering parts on a just in time basis

Ensure clear communication with suppliers to ensure timely delivery

Returning incorrect or ill fitting parts

2-3 years’ parts experience (ideally commercial equipment parts) is required

This position is not remote. You are required to be on site.

Ordering, managing inventory, and sourcing best priced parts

Working within the shop to ensure their needs are met and they have the supplies required

Working closely with all team members to ensure efficient and accurate ordering of parts

Take customer requests for parts and work with manager to provide accurate and timely quotes.

Participate in continuous training opportunities to develop parts and service knowledge and continue career growth.
