Associate Manager Proposals Jobs

Exceptional organizational and time management skills.

Performs incidental project management including planning, research, analysis, and implementation of deliverable and action items.

Acts as liaison with appropriate personnel and department managers when performing proposal and reporting activities.

Updates and manages RFP reporting, supporting opportunities, and account data in CRM tool.

2 years of sales support role such as marketing coordinator or project coordinator experience, 5 years preferred.

Strong attention to detail and ability to manage complex tasks.

Collaborate with our product knowledge team to obtain an in-depth understanding of the features, benefits, and technical capabilities of our programs

Strong time management and prioritization skills

Monitor alerts for new RFPs and manage vendor registrations, requests for vendor packets, etc.

Exceptional persuasive and technical writing skills

Ability to manage cross-functional projects, keeping teams on task and accountable to deadlines in a positive and motivating way

Experience with Loopio (or other RFP software) and Salesforce are considered a very strong asset

Minimum 5 years of project management experience in the hydropower industry

FAR Contract and US Government project management experience

The ability to manage dispersed teams (matrix) in remote work environments over several different time zones

Successfully manage profitable Hydro Service projects, driving quality, cost, and schedule strategies in compliance with the contract and GE standards

Manage GE’s Hydro Transactional Service deal strategy/proposal, and project execution in the region. Be accountable for deal/project success.

This is a remote position

Management skills to direct and orchestrate medium-sized proposal team efforts;

Communicate proposal-related requirements and ensure detailed guidance to proposal writers/contributors and subcontractors is provided;

Develop Proposal execution plan (schedule, resource requirements, work breakdowns, team tasking and tracking);

8+ years of experience of demonstrated with relevant technologies;

Knowledge of product: L3Harris MAPPS Montreal systems and simulation engineering solutions;

Experience with International proposals and markets;
