Evaluate on-going service level requirements, maintain distributor scorecards

Manage daily facility workload, prioritize tasks, and resolve production obstacles.

Manage department expenses, review invoices, and ensure budget adherence.

Provide leadership to supervisors, team leads, and coordinators, ensuring performance standards are met through coaching and feedback.

Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment in compliance with OSHA and hazardous material requirements.

Work collaboratively and assist other teams to meet safety, quality, productivity, behaviour, attendance, and overtime requirements.

1+ year of work experience in a fast-paced and physically active job.

Safely and accurately complete warehouse tasks, including unloading, sorting, labeling, put away, replenishing, auditing, picking and packing products.

Operate wrist-worn or hand-held scanning equipment to accurately fulfill customer orders for shipping.

Intermediate Computer Skills: Ability to perform more complex computer tasks and has knowledge of various computer programs.

Manages all Clinical Trial project close out activities.

Previous experience with RFID scanners and mobile scanners considered an asset

Manages time effectively and adapts quickly to changing priorities

Picking and packing store orders, including maneuvering skids, pallets and lifting and carrying product boxes.

Picking and packing online orders with accuracy and care.

Receive, unload and place incoming inventory items appropriately.

5 – 7 years of distribution or channel management experience

2 – 3 years of channel sales management experience in vendor environments,

Strong time management, organizational, and negotiation skills

Facilitating cadence of “Peering” between local management teams

2 – 3 years of Program Management or BU Management or close work in channel programs projects

Working knowledge and experience selling technology solutions

Schedule: Mon-Fri 8:00 am - 4:30 pm or 8:30am -5:00pm (schedule will be discussed upon start) with potential for Overtime Responsibilities:

Prior warehouse training or experience is preferred but not required

Marking pallets with identifying store information

Picking and staging parts for store replenishment

Using a hand-held radio frequency device (RF Scanner)

Reading and interpreting documents such as safety rules, instructions, and procedure manuals.

More than 5 years of progressively responsible experience in project management of utility construction projects with increasing responsibility required

Project Management Professional (PMP) designation is required.

Demonstrated ability to work effectively as part of a larger management team within a dynamic environment required

Experience in electrical distribution systems required, including direct design or construction experience in Aerial and Underground Distribution systems is preferred

Have a bachelor’s degree in engineering and/or business (a combination of relevant education and experience may be considered).

Have 8 plus years of relevant progressively responsible leadership experience within Distribution Centre and/or Transportation Operations.

Manage On Premise team expansion in REACH, assortment, and execution. Through Distribution Partner, Broker, and Broadline partners

Work with the Field Marketing Manager to identify and execute Collegiate strategies to win on campus.

Develop the annual business plan on organization requirements, distribution, volume, investments, and KPIs with Key DPs

Manage and validate the monthly PSA audit, performed by 3rd party

Manage the POS deployment in the region

Manage Speed to Market Execution, account prioritization and cycle execution.

Experience with the implementation and use of leading Warehouse Management Systems. Knowledge of ERP systems such as Oracle preferred

5 years of relevant Supply Chain experience, with demonstrated expertise in Distribution and Warehouse Management roles, 3PL experience or related field

Provide thought leadership on Distribution Management

Champion transformational change management, collaborating with and influencing key business partners

Working knowledge of Accounting and Finance, as it relates to Supply Chain Operations

Effective interpersonal skills, and ability to influence and manage change

5+ years of proven operations or distribution management experience required.

Focus on continuous improvement and make recommendations to senior management on programs to improve operations.

Work with sales to develop and maintain customers through innovative service offering and performance.

Oversee all distribution services including receiving, storing, shipping, handling returned/damaged goods, maintenance, and administrative activities to ensure customer requirements are met.

Must have a comprehensive knowledge of warehouse operations.

Must possess excellent verbal and written communication skills along with exceptional interpersonal skills.
