Experience in using graphic design platforms to create social media graphics, presentations, posters and other visual content

Good organization and administrative skills

Creating various marketing materials potentially including video and content writing.

Develop and implement the communication strategy; driving marketing over social media platforms.

Ensuring that the organisation is represented in the best possible light at all times.

Excellent project management skills including strong ability to multitask and manage short timelines.

Participate in management of divisional operational calendar and Integrated Commercial Planning process (ICP) and presentation.

Management of the Presence marketing budget and ensure monthly calendarization accuracy.

University degree in Business or Marketing, and or equivalent combination of education and experience.

A passion for Retail, Supply Chain & Logistics and Brand Management

Manage and optimize SEM/SEO tactics and campaigns according to marketplace trends, media buy and overall business requirements

Coordinating marketing and promotion including website management and optimization

Works closely with cross-functional teams and stakeholders across Marketing, Product Management, Medical, R&D and Sales

Minimum 5+ years marketing experience, successful and progressive experience from CPG, pharma, OTC/consumer health, or healthcare industry

Experience in dealing with regulated categories

Demonstrated competencies and success in marketing fundamentals (4 P's, Marketing/Brand Plans). Ability to manage high priority, complex and strategic initiatives

2-5 years’ experience of proven campaign execution experience; project management, cross-functional team experience

Assist with budget management, including purchase orders, invoices, and reconciliation

Partner with Project Management, Translations, Creative, and Store Communications to bring our campaigns to life!

Develop content and brief for Internal Communications, Store Communications, and Education related to campaign execution

Actively participate in annual business and marketing planning process, supporting the Senior Manager

Organization skills and have a knack for managing your time and prioritizing tasks while maintaining quality and expectations

Overall business knowledge and holistic general management approach

Project management experience (timelines, budgets)

DME budget management, budget planning for upcoming years & in-year mgmt.

Strong verbal and written communication skills with experience across a wide breadth of audiences

Strong leadership skills – ability to manage and collaborate with cross-functional teams
