Due Diligence: Support the legal team in conducting due diligence reviews for potential business partnerships, mergers, and acquisitions.

Strong written and oral communication skills, with the ability to structure information clearly, concisely, and logically

Recommend and oversees amendments to existing policies and procedures, as a result of relevant legislative or regulatory changes

Attend meetings and hearings, and participate in a variety of legal transactions
