This is a Pre-Approved route where you will be able to experience assurance, compilation, and taxation services to ensure you have a well rounded experience to become a competent CPA.

Lohn Caulder LLP is an independent firm of Chartered Professional Accountants, formed in 1978.We are the Vancouver representative of BKR International, an international affiliation of accounting firms.Over the years the firm has built a substantial clientele, with particularly high representation in the following fields: health care, legal services, manufacturing and distribution, computer and software sales and development, real estate and non-profit organizations.

Your opportunities at the firm:

·Prepare and examine accounting records, working papers, financial statements, taxes, and other financial reports

·Develop and analyze reporting forbusiness operations and budgets

·Work collaboratively in an assurance team to provide audited or reviewed financial statements

·Report analysis and findingsto management team

·Develop and maintain relationships with our clients and third parties by providing excellent client service

·Contribute to the Lohn Caulder culture through teamwork and participation in social events

Qualifications:

·Bachelor’s degree

·Currently enrolled in the CPA program or eligible to enroll

·Detail and deadline-oriented

·Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

·Good interpersonal skills

·Strong verbal and written English communication skills

·Excellent organization and time management skills

·Proven ability to successfully accept a broad range of responsibilities

·Previous experience in accounting or other related fields is an asset
