Proven thought and servant leadership qualities, verbal, and written communication skills, as well as technical analysis and problem-solving skills are required.

Typically 7+ years of relevant experience and/or certification in related field of study or an equivalent combination of education and experience.

Seasoned professional with a combination of education, experience and industry knowledge.

Leads change management programs of varying scope and type, including readiness assessments, planning, stakeholder management, execution, evaluation and sustainment of initiatives.

Develops and manages comprehensive information management systems; designs and/or leads initiatives to improve processes, analysis and reporting.

Collaborates in the design, implementation and management of core business/group processes.

Supports management of processes using established methodologies and tools/system/technology.

Requires knowledge of trades/technical/operating management within the electrical distribution and/or transmission setting.

Experience in trade supervision and / or Program/Project management in the Operations business is required.

Reporting to the Manager of Lines Work Management

Supervise staff and organize responsibilities and assignments to effectively execute accountabilities. Monitor results and take necessary corrective action.

Requires experience and familiarity with the trades/technical/operating environment in Distribution and/or Transmission.

Requires experience within Transmission Lines, Distribution Lines, Business Planning, and Financial/Month end reporting.

Requires experience with and knowledge of portal management for systems (eg. Azure, VMware, IBM, and SAP Ariba).

Requires knowledge of IT license management.

Requires experience in vendor and software license management, including license and cloud license administration.

Requires experience designing new lifecycle management processes surrounding software license.

Lead portal management for various technologies (i.e. Azure, VMware, IBM, SAP Ariba).

Provide license management support while working closely with stakeholders on related project work.

Position: Procurement Contact Centre Analyst

Duration: 6 months with potential to extend and convert to permanent

Business Unit: Procurement- Strategy and Operations

Raising workflow concerns in a timely fashion to your direct manager or other operational leaders and provide recommendations on solutions

Optimizing and documenting internal process and knowledge

2-3 years of prior experience

Attention to detail with strong documentation and follow up skills

Strong and effective verbal and written communication skills

Experience in a Call Center environment

At least 2-3 years of experience in a Process Management role

Maintain knowledge of regulatory requirements and operational procedures, and ensure documentation is relevant and updated

Manage remediation & containment for potential breakdowns, while ensuring risk management procedures & timelines are followed

Continually review and assess our records management system and process to ensure we are always audit ready

Manage our Mastercard benefits program

At least 2-3 years experience capturing process requirements and translating them into process documentation, and workflow diagrams

Strong oral and written communication, collaboration, and interpersonal skills.

Working knowledge of Process Simulation Suites such as PRO II or Aspen.

Length of assignment: 1 year.

Support key initiatives and deliverables related to equipment strategies.

Learn and utilize engineering systems (i.e. PI Data, PI ProcessBook, TDocS, Intools) to perform technical documents searches and collect process data.

Provide troubleshooting assistance to operations support personnel.

Ensure that capabilities and processes are deployed effectively and users have a great experience

Excellent communication skills (written and oral) and lean application background experience (e.g. TPM, 6S, Black Belt)

Demonstrated success in process capabilities.

Redesign non-added value work processes, making sure individuals are fully capable of managing new processes in their daily routines

Interpersonal savvy – Relates well to all kinds of people in the organization; builds and leverages relationships; effectively diffuses high-tension situations

Perseverance – Pursues tasks with energy, and a drive to finish; does not give up until task is complete
