8-10 years of experience in SOC design

Strong working knowledge of SystemVerilog and other HDLs

Lead a team of engineers in the design and development of SOCs

Work with other teams, such as software and test, to ensure that the SOC is integrated into the overall system

10+ years of industry experience in the area of mixed-signal, high-speed CMOS circuit design

Experience with circuit simulators (HSPICE, Spectre, etc)

Strong written and oral communication skills

Lead, design and architect high-speed SERDES subsystems

Conduct Support Mixed-Signal feasibilities for SERDES or other high-speed systems

Support Mixed-Signal IP through the post-tapeout phase, including lab testing, customer bring-up and debug

Well organized with excellent time management skills to complete tasks within tight deadlines

5-8 years of Retail/ Store Fixture Design experience or applicable experience is preferred

2+ years of design leadership experience is preferred

Excellent communications skills both written and verbal.

Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to work in and lead a team of creative professionals

Conceptualize and create design solutions to serve the needs of existing clients, new business relationships and RFP submissions.
