Complete Payroll for their assigned clients, daily staffing hours worked for all employees

Track and manage incoming payments.

Issue invoices, bills, receipts, etc and manage the account status.

2-4 years of experience working as a Billing Specialist, Billing Coordinator, Billing Analyst or a similar position.

Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Exceptional ability to manage time effectively.

Maintain and update the report of all billing activities and present them to the Billing Supervisor.

Experienced in G-suite and Microsoft Office, particularly Word and Excel

Excellent oral and written communication skills

Possesses strong analytical and critical thinking skills

Knowledge of Netsuite is an asset

Knowledge of French is an asset

Assists with creating efficient and effective systems and processes for the Finance Department.

A minimum of two years of previous work experience as an insurance follow-up representative is required.

Strong Athena - RCM, AR, HOLDs, and Leadership skills.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Knowledge of EOBs, CPT & ICD-10 codes, HCFAs, UB92s, HCPCS, and authorizations/referrals

Obtain Claim Status via the Telephone, Internet, and/or Fax

Post daily incoming paper and electronic insurance payments

Ability to effectively prioritize tasks and manage time and energy, even under high-pressure situations;

Experience with the partnership ecosystem
