Broader work or accountabilities may be assigned as needed. Qualifications:

Knowledge of competitive marketplace and trends in product offerings.

Manages all transactional outcomes of customer contacts or defers to appropriate internal business groups.

Escalates complex or unresolved customer situations to managers as required.

Maintains current knowledge of personal banking and lending products, practices, and trends and integrates into customer conversations in a professional manner.

Uses authorized credit qualifications as needed to fulfill customer requests.

In-depth knowledge of Amazon Connect architecture, features, and capabilities.

Collaborate with clients to gather and analyze business requirements and translate them into technical solutions using Amazon Connect.

Provide technical guidance and expertise to clients on Amazon Connect best practices, capabilities, and limitations.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including project managers, engineers, and developers, to ensure successful implementation and integration of Amazon Connect solutions.

Provide training and knowledge transfer to clients and internal teams on Amazon Connect functionality and administration.

A remote-friendly organization, with colleagues working remotely either part or full-time

Comfortable working with basic change management and Git based source control systems

Knowledge of cloud reference architectures and AWS best-practices

5+ years of experience developing solutions using Amazon Lambda

Knowledge of CI/CD pipeline, Jenkins

Development of applications with Amazon Lambda

Development with AWS services, like AWS Simple Queue, AWS simple, workflow, etc., with relevant SDKs

Committed to delivering high-quality deer control and land management tasks.

Interested in practical land management and machinery care/maintenance.

A disciplined and self-motivated person willing to work in remote locations and in poor weather conditions.

Data recording, writing and report compilation skills

Physically fit and able to cover long distances on foot over difficult terrain.

Willing to work anti-social hours – early mornings, evenings and night shooting.

Knowledge and experience of cloud computing and cloud computing models (IaaS, PaaS, and SaaS)

Working and building relationships with client technology leaders (C-Level, VPs, Directors, etc.) to harness the benefits cloud call center technologies

Conduct knowledge sharing or training sessions on cloud

Deep and relevant contact center industry experience

Experience and expertise building integrations across WFM, CRM, Unified Communications and other related contact center solutions

Experience using and leveraging APIs

• Experience in developing Amazon Connect contact flows, Using Dynamo DB, Create Lex Bots, API Gateway required

• Strong programming skills in Python or Node.js to develop AWS Lambda functions

• Experience with CI/CD pipelines using GoCD, Terraform and Cloud Formation is preferred

• Strong debugging, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills required
