Experience with certification and operation of Order Picker and High Reach Truck required

Must have experience using a computer as tablets are used on the dock.

Title:Laborer / Warehouse Worker (CAN)

Shift:Wednesday – Sunday ( 10:00 am – 5:30 pm )

Previous warehouse experience is required

Minimum 1 year of experience on a sit-down counterbalance forklift

5 years of direct people management experience of hourly employees.

8-10 years of leadership experience in a Distribution Center or similar environment-preferably in a fast paced, high growth environment.

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Supply Chain, Logistics, Operations or relevant on the job years of experience.

Experience using automation or MHE (material handling equipment).

Manages an area or process(es) within a DC department .

Supports their manager in creating and implementing departmental operating and strategic plans to drive continuous improvements .

Supports Manager with weekly workforce planning including requesting labor from agency partners and Talent Acquisition.

Bachelors/Associates degree in engineering, supply chain, logistics, operations or relevant on the job experience.

3-5 years of experience in a warehouse or similar environment.
