- Undergraduate Degree (preferably in Business/Management Studies, Science or Engineering)

- Knowledge of Western Engineering's program and certificate contents and requirements

- Human Resources, recruiting or counselling experience, specifically in relation to recruiting highly qualified personnel (students)

- Proven sales/marketing/public relations experience with selling a program, product or concept

- Mental Health training and exposure and experience working with at-risk populations (physical and mental)

- Experience with BIPOC and female audiences and with high school student programs

5+ years combined experience working in account management, sales, and security.

Management experience is a must!

Superior organizational and time-management skills

Participate and lead the selection, development, management, and leadership of your supervisory team of district managers and field supervisors.

Manage and address staff issues as they arise, with support and direction from the HR team.

Support the Director of Operations in his role to manage operational spending and ensure cost-effective operational efficiencies.

• Other responsibilities, projects and assignments as required.

• Previous experience creating and maintaining reports in Excel;

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills;

• Post-secondary diploma or degree in Commerce, Business/Administration with specialization in Human Resources as an asset;

• Ability to work well under pressure of deadlines without sacrificing work standards;

• A high degree of proficiency with MS Office products, particularly Word, Excel and Outlook;

Operational practices of Program Management;

Principles and practices of management and supervision;

Negotiates, develops, monitors, and administers a variety of contracts and agreements; and

Performs other duties as tasked by the Executive Vice President/President.

Preference will be given to applicants with administrative experience and/or a bachelor's degree in business administration, Human Resources, or related field.

Screen and manage applicants throughout the hiring process by conducting interviews and establishing ongoing communication.

Ability to multi-task and problem solve

Proven time management skills and a strong attention to detail.

Attend quarterly Registration Management Committee meetings (Americas Aerospace Quality Group)

Can reside in Canada or US and work remotely from home.

Required over 7 years of experience with GHG standards (CARB, GHG Protocol, ISO-14064, TCFD, CDP)

The incumbent is required to be a certified Aerospace Industry Experienced Lead auditor for AS9100 and AS9120 standards under OASIS.
