Adidas Receiving Associate Jobs

Unloading of freight and verifying product and count prior to receiving

Cutting shrink wrap off of shipment skids, verifying product skid content’s, and matching label to product.

Assembling pallets according to designated Ti/Hi and other specifications

Transportation of freight to various departments

Completion of paperwork accurately and as required to ensure timely completion of receiving procedures.

Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly up to 10 hours per day.

Proficient knowledge of adidas’ products and programs, including technology, product information and requirements, merchandise promotions, and advertising.

Other duties as required by store management.

Ability to exercise good judgment and decision-making skills.

Demonstrate excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Assists customers in the selection of adidas merchandise, while providing information about the product, materials, technology, and functionality.

Ensures adidas’ customer service standards are upheld by listening to customer’s wants and needs, and providing product information when required.

Support other Brand Experience Reps and the internal adidas Five Ten and TERREX team with event activation as needed

Partner with the sales team to manage point of sales and meet sales KPI’s as determined by internal team

Minimum of 3 years related experience and/or schooling/training in marketing and/or event activation

Ability to exercise independent judgement and decision-making skills

Existing knowledge and passion for outdoor sports, culture, and the broader industry surrounding it

Outdoor Industry experience a plus

Prior management and keyed experience preferred.

Assumes responsibility for accuracy of all cash management and ensure that shrink control within store is minimized.

Proficient retail knowledge – operational and selling skills.

Through direction of the Store Manager, ensures successful implementation of programs, policies, routine and seasonal initiatives, and specific store needs.

Proficient knowledge of adidas’ products and programs, including technology, product information and requirements, merchandise promotions, and advertising.
