Retail operations experience including inventory management and cash reconciliation

Proven retail experience preferably within cosmetics

Previous supervisory experience with a proven track record of coaching/mentoring others to achieve sales and customer service targets

Previous experience with retail point-of-sale software

The ability to provide inspirational, authentic and personalized customer service

Ability to work retail hours including days, nights, weekends and special events in a fast-paced work environment

Excellent organizational, time management, strategic thinking, research/analysis skills and attention to detail

Experience with implementing a time management system is an asset

Administer and manage pension plans including processing and reporting requirements

Certified Payroll Manager certification (CPM) is preferred

Minimum of 5 years of experience as a payroll manager

Business Relationship Management Profession Certification

Excellent communication skills. Ability to work effectively with management, peers, staff, and other stakeholders

Experience coordinating, working with and presenting to upper management and senior executives

Training/certification in Project Management (PMP, Agile certification, etc.)

Manages and prioritizes all requests related to digital experience, automation, and process improvement

Maintains knowledge of evolving trends in technology and product/service digital experience and uses this knowledge and expertise to guide clients

Proven retail management/assistant retail management experience preferably within cosmetics

Previous retail operations experience including inventory and facilities management and cash reconciliation

Previous business planning experience including setting sales and customer service targets, sales analysis and staff scheduling

Experience of creating and executing in-store events

Previous experience with retail point-of-sale software

The ability to provide inspirational, authentic and personalized customer service

Well-developed management skills including finance and human resources experience in order to monitor budgets, accounts/accruals and supervise staff

Effective negotiation and strong conflict management skills to deal with a wide variety of client needs and situations

Proven analytical,organizational and project management abilities in order to initiate, develop, implement, and manage a wide variety of complex projects

Post-secondary degree in related field (business administration, health care management, etc.) is an asset

3 - 5 years in a management role in a health care clinic

Prepare and manage the clinic operations’ budgets considering immediate and projected needs for both internal and external clinics

Proven retail experience preferably within cosmetics

While not essential, previous retail operations experience including cash reconciliation and opening and closing the store is desirable

Previous supervisory experience including coaching/mentoring others to achieve sales and customer service targets is desirable

Previous experience with retail point-of-sale software

The ability to provide inspirational, authentic and personalized customer service

Ability to work retail hours including days, nights, weekends and special events in a fast-paced work environment
