Good working knowledge (2+ years) of AML and regulations impacting the industry

Knowledge of Transfer Agency policies and procedures and the use of ISS (AIS’s Enterprise wide Investor Services System)

4+ years Fund Administration experience

Experience in Client Relationship Management is essential for this role.

Third level qualification and/or 2 years level experience in financial services industry

Actively manage day to day relationship with the clients, escalating issues to their Manager when required.

Proactively identify gaps in internal key controls and work with wider TA manager/director group to close gaps.

Strong funds servicing operational knowledge, client servicing, process improvement and project delivery.

Ability to communicate clearly with colleagues and managers.

Case managing individuals in collaboration with community based housing first organizations that offer support and case management services.

Demonstrated conflict management/crisis prevention skills

Providing interim case management services during the period of assessment and placement in housing.

Mange housing sites in collaboration with Pacifica Housing’s property management services;

A valid Class 4 BC's Driver's Licence, with a least 3 years driving experience

Experience with Google Business Apps, Mortware, and SRS Computing are an asset

A clean Driver's Abstract with familiarity driving larger vehicles
