The Role:

In pursuit of building best in class Product Owner and Agile Delivery teams, this new Web Experience and Content Principal Owner will play a critical role within IT that will craft the overall integrated ‘build’ roadmap across all our Digital initiatives.


Reporting to the CIO, you will maximize the value delivered by the team, manage backlog to ensure successful delivery of digital products, and partner with the Digital Center of Excellence. You will operate under a ‘two-in-box’ model, with the TPO being the technical right hand to the PO – responsible for validating the feasibility of requests, managing dependencies, designing solutions, reviewing code, and performing hands-on configuration within the in-scope toolset as needed.


What You Will Do:


  • Ensure Agile cross-functional teaming to deliver products and platforms.
  • Align business priorities with digital product owner counterpart in Digital COE.
  • Oversee development needs in Consumer Facing Websites.
  • Manage a flexible staffing model allowing digital delivery organization to scale effectively and cost efficiently.
  • Act as point of contact in IT to all external stakeholders, especially Digital COE.
  • Work closely with the UI/UX team to ensure the product design is aligned with product requirements.
  • Provides the PO an executive summary of quality assurance conclusions and risks for smoother sign-off.
  • Manage the entire product lifecycle Consumer Facing Websites.
  • Delivery of digital product with the digital product owner (PO): where the digital product owner builds product vision and technical product owner delivers on vision.
  • Support in prioritizing the backlog in conjunction with inputs from the scrum team on sizing.
  • Continuously gather feedback from business stakeholders and refine backlog accordingly.
  • Responsible for gathering inputs and obtaining approval on the solution design from different IT perspectives (security, enterprise architecture, etc.)
  • Oversee deployment of shared engineering resources and collaboration with external partners to deliver finished products most effectively.


Who You Are:


  • Experience with SEO (Search Engine Optimization) and consumer funnel analysis.
  • Experience working in an Agile environment and DevOps team.
  • 10+ years technical experience in building digital products, MarTech preferred.
  • Experience working with and developing relationships with other product managers, marketing, business partners, design, and engineering.
