Job Description

Join one of Swoon's top SaaS clients as a Web Content Writer!


This is a 12-month contract role and is hybrid (2x in office weekly), located in downtown Toronto.


What you'll do:

In this exciting role, you'll join a growing team that creates compelling content for websites - landing pages, web content, product pages, campaigns, and more.


You will research and utilize analyses to ensure optimal communication through content to drive conversion, retention, and communicate value to customers.


Marketing content experience is highly transferable to this position!


What you bring:

  • 5+ years of experience in content design
  • Excellent grammar and strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong understanding of brand tonality
  • Portfolio prepared with samples of writing
  • Figma experience (or similar)
  • Knowledge of SEO and web analytics
  • Ability to work cross-functionally in a matrix environment
  • Education in marketing, communications, journalism, or similar
