The Wealth Management and Insurance Planning Specialist role is a dynamic position that offers flexibility and powerhouse support from HUB’s back office. With a variety of responsibilities and the opportunity to build strong relationships with clients, this role will allow you to maintain relationships with clients, provide financial and risk management, and form new relationships from within. What We Need You To Do

Reporting directly to the Vice President of Sales Resources:

• Proactively manage relationships with existing clients
• Continue to advance product knowledge
• Provide holistic insurance and financial planning
• Build new relationships from within the book(s) of business
• Identify opportunities and follow up on leads
• Complete life insurance applications and requests
• Execute transactions and trades

What it takes to be great at HUB: 

• Clear written and oral communication skills
• Mutual Fund licensed
• Certified Life Insurance Agent (completion of LLQP)
• Reliable and responsive to customer service inquiries/needs
• Advanced financial planning knowledge and experience
• Demonstrates competence using MS Office, CRM, and planning software(s)
• Can express a concept clearly and concisely
• In-depth knowledge of segregated funds, mutual funds, GIA’s, annuities, and life insurance products
• Approachable and engaging, a great attitude and the constant desire to help others
• Previous insurance and investment industry experience
• Practical experience with MS Office Suite, CRM systems, and online meeting platforms
