Job Summary: We are currently seeking a Warehouse Worker to join our team in London, ON. As part of the Transport, Postal, and Warehousing industry, our company is experiencing rapid growth and offers a positive work environment. The Warehouse Worker will play a crucial role in ensuring efficient operations and maintaining our company culture. This is a full-time position offering a salary of $19 per hour.

Detailed :

• Cross-train and work in other functional areas such as trimming, harvesting, edible processing, pre-rolling, and packaging.
• Operate manufacturing equipment, including grinding, pre-rolling, batch formulation/mixing, tempering, curing, quality assurance inspections, finished packaging, and sanitation.
• Sanitize and set up production equipment, machinery, and supplies.
• Package cannabis material, weighing, scanning, labeling, and documenting in accordance with SOPs and regulations.
• Cross-train with and assist Processing Staff, including training new Processing Assistants.
• Organize and prepare production and processing areas.
• Support cannabis harvest activities, including trimming plant material and waste removal.
• Count, pack, and inspect finished products for label accuracy, cleanliness, and quality.
• Complete required documentation and batch records, collaborating with internal teams as necessary.
• Rotate through processing activities as needed.

Candidate's Profile: To be successful in this role, candidates should possess the following qualifications:

• Excellent communication skills.
• Ability to stand for long periods of time.
• Ability to lift up to 50lbs.
• Legally eligible to work and reside in Canada.
• Attention to detail.
• Previous warehouse experience.
