Warehouse/ Tool Inventory Coordinator

PTW is hiring a WAREHOUSE/TOOL REPAIRto join our team in Red Deer, AB.

A DAY IN THE LIFE

• Coordinates tools and equipment for related jobs and projects.
• Performs minor preventative maintenance on small construction tools/equipment.
• Controls shop and yard maintenance.
• Maintains records of orders and quantities, kinds and locations of tools and equipment on hand using manual or computerized inventory system.
• Receives, records and sorts the movements of tools, supplies, equipment and stock.
• Tracks the allocation of construction tools/equipment to projects & fleet vehicles.
• Stores items in an orderly and accessible manner in a warehouse, tool room, supply room or other area.
• Processes incoming requisitions and issue or distribute parts and supplies for internal usage.
• Manages and maintains the asset management system.

Experience Requirements

• Proficient in communication
• Trailer towing experience
• ERP experience considered an asset.
• Ability to lift objects weighing up to 50 pounds and demonstrate a high level of physical fitness
• Warehouse organization skills
• Knowledge with tools and equipment, assetif electrical, instrumentation or warehouse experience with parts.
• Small engine or small equipment maintenance, repair experience.

Tickets Requirements

• Must possess and maintain a valid driver's license
• Must have own transportation as most locations are not accessible with public transportation.
• Forklift experience is an asset.
