Job Description
My client is the largest and most influential business advocacy group in North America. They work with top-tier business organizations in the financial, professional services, infrastructure, manufacturing, and tech industries, to connect them with key decision makers that help to drive economic growth. Reporting directly to the Chief Commercial Officer, the VP of Sales and partnerships will develop and implement a revenue strategy that increases market share and drives new business development opportunities. You will be managing a team of 10+. Below is additional information about the position.


About The Role


  • Expected to work in the downtown office 3 days per week
  • Responsible for full-cycle partnership acquisition, including prospecting, pitching, nurturing and reporting of potential opportunities
  • Work closely with internal managers to identify opportunities within the existing client base
  • Responsible for managing a team of 2 direct reports, including carrying out performance reviews and discussions, resourcing and managing team objectives
  • Reporting to the C-Level business leader and accountable for driving net new revenue acquisition within established businesses
About You:


  • Must have 10 to 15 years of experience managing a team with direct reporting responsibilities
  • Must have led a team of8+ people and developed a go-to-market strategy in a partnership, business development, and sales B2B business
  • Must have 15 to 20 years of experience in Partnerships, Business Development, and Sales, in a B2B environment
