About The Role And Our Team


Are you a people person looking for something new? We're looking for a Visitor Services Assistant to work within our team at the House of Manannan!


Manx National Heritage (MNH) is the trading name of the Manx Museum and National Trust. Working alongside the House of Manannan team in Peel, you will play a key role in enhancing the visitor experience by providing excellent customer service and imparting information about Manx history to our visitors.


You will be responsible for opening and closing the site, ensuring the safety of our visitors and maintaining high standards of cleanliness. This is a key role for the organisation as you will be the face of MNH and every interaction you have on our sites need to leave a professional and welcoming impression.

This is a varied role where you can make a real difference to our visitors experience and help promote what the Island’s heritage has to offer. Everyday is different, you will get to meet people from all over the world and play a part in helping them to make connections with our heritage.
