Virtual Account Manager / Full Time (Remote)

We are seeking a talented and motivated individual to join our team as a Virtual Account Manager. In this role, you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of client accounts and ensuring their satisfaction with our products and services.

Responsibilities:

• Provide product and service information to clients.
• Work collaboratively with internal teams to ensure client needs are being met.
• Monitor and manage client accounts to ensure their satisfaction.
• Prepare proposals, quotes, and contracts for clients.
• Conduct virtual meetings with clients to review account status and address any concerns.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of client interactions and account information.
• Understand client needs and requirements.

Qualifications:

• Ability to manage multiple accounts and prioritize tasks effectively.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• 1-2 years of experience in a customer-facing role.
• Experience in sales or account management is an asset, but not required.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think creatively.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
