Responsibilities

• Encourage a culture of innovation by actively sharing ideas and suggestions to enhance the game and streamline work processes
• Collaborate closely with fellow developers, engineers, and designers, fostering a creative and cooperative environment that brings out the best in everyone
• Utilize your expertise in Unreal Engine to build and maintain the game, ensuring it meets the highest standards of quality and performance
• Stay up to date with the latest developments and nuances in Unreal Engine, C++, and Lua, leveraging this knowledge to enhance the game's features and performance

Requirements

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, allowing you to effectively convey your ideas and collaborate with team members
• A dedication to producing work of the highest quality, taking pride in every aspect of your contribution to the game
• An aptitude for rapidly acquiring new skills and adapting to the ever-evolving gaming industry
• Proven experience in shipping at least 1 title, showcasing your ability to see a project through from conception to completion
• While not mandatory, a passion for gaming and firsthand gaming experience will be highly valued
• Demonstrated proficiency with Unreal Engine, C++, and Lua, with at least 4+ years of hands-on experience
• An in-depth understanding of player behavior and the ability to leverage this knowledge to create engaging gaming experiences
