About us:

Ulala Tech is a last-mile courier SaaS company, where we are providing an end-to-end software support for any size last-mile couriers. Our system has been running in multiple cities in Canada and we are expanding our coverage everyday.

We are looking for an experienced UI/UX designer to help us redesign our landing page, and on top of that, work closely with our project manager to redesign our enterprise software UX flow.

Proven experience in designing scenario-driven enterprise software, with a focus on web and mobile applications

Expertise in creating wireframes, mockups, prototypes, and user flows using industry-standard tools (e.g., Sketch, Figma, Adobe XD)

Strong understanding of usability principles, user-centered design methodologies, and accessibility standard processes

Ability to analyze user feedback and data to inform design decisions and iterate on existing designs

Excellent collaboration and communication skills to work creatively with development teams

A creative problem-solver with a keen eye for detail and a commitment to delivering exceptional user experiences

Skill required:

Looking for candidates with at least 3 Years of experience who have worked as a UI/UX Designer.

Demonstrable experience in UX/UI design for web and mobile applications

Proficiency in design and prototyping tools, such as Sketch, Figma, Adobe XD and InVision

Knowledge of HTML, CSS and basic JavaScript for prototyping and collaborating with developers

Experience conducting user research, usability testing, and analyzing user feedback

Strong understanding of responsive design and mobile-first design principles

Intellectual curiosity and willingness to stay up-to-date with the latest UX trends and standard methodologies

Advanced communication Skills, both written and oral with ability to explain complex information in an effective manner
